At TLC, we believe that transportation is more than a ride. It is the freedom to go when you want and when you need it. It is the freedom to go to social functions and business activities. It is getting some normality back. It is the ability to have equal access and to have full participation to live like people without special needs. These are just a few of the things we hear by people with special needs, their loved ones, and caregivers.

We look to promote inclusion through transportation for children and adults with special needs and those without disabilities into family, work, and community life.

What is inclusion?

in·clu·sion  (in-kloo-zhun), n – an attitude and approach that seeks to ensure that every person, regardless of ability or background, can meaningfully participate in all aspects of life.

We are a 501(c)(3) public charity. The request by a client to provide a ride in-style accommodations for special needs children, caregivers, parents and luggage to Disney became a challenge. The gaps in transportation services such as this gave birth to the start of the TLC Mobility Foundation.

We believe, the TLC Mobility Foundation is uniquely positioned to touch individual lives with its focus on providing equal access transportation services and initiatives that inform, educate, and promote the inclusion of those with special needs along with people without disabilities with various events and activities throughout the year!
